Day One 

Clinical Mentorship Deep Dives

  • Giant poster paper, whiteboards and post-it notes are our jam!  We’ll be working through your complex cases in DETAIL from the assessment and understanding what that truly means in terms of the neurophysiology
  • How we take those findings and turn it into a specific, individualized treatment program 
  • Building out an individual treatment program and brainstorming the variations and challenges that we might see
  • Progressions
Day Two 

Business Hotseat Coaching

  • Whether you’re building your brick and mortar clinic or stepping into the online business space this is what you make it
  • Each member will be given time to do business hotseats where we hear your goal and where you’re finding the roadblocks
  • We’ll workshop, strategize and plan your next immediate steps to keep you moving forward in your growth so your impact in the world is felt

Meals and snacks are provided throughout both days, except for dinner on Sunday. On Saturday night, we'll enjoy a delightful dinner in downtown Vancouver.

Where we are meeting

The Roundtable Experience will be hosted in the King View Suite at the beautiful Auberge Hotel in Downtown Vancouver. 

While you can book a room directly at the Auberge there are multiple options of hotels and air bnb’s surrounding the venue. 

If you wish to extend your stay and add some sight seeing there is Stanley Park, The Grouse Grind, The Lonsdale Quay and so much more.
